JUMBLE SALE Evercreech Village Hall 11TH FEBRUARY 2012 10.00-13.00

For those who do not know much about us, the cart (a Somerset term for Float) we build is a tableau entry, which basically means we pose as a living picture, depicting our annual theme as silent and motionless as possible.

Like most clubs we are always looking for new members to join us.

As well as the obvious needing people to pose on the cart, building is a very important part of the club, so any one with artistic, model making, painting, electrical, metal and wood working skills are always needed. Please do not let this put you off as tea making and clearing up behind some of these messy workers is also a very important job, as well as fund raising, so if you would enjoy putting any of these skills into action come and join us

It is not all hard work and toil during the building season, we do find time to party and enjoy ourselves. After most of the Carnivals there is party laid on to celebrate a win or commiserate at not being so successful, but who cares, it is all fun.

We build on Tuesdays, Thursdays, saturdays and/or Sundays. Meetings Sunday evening once a month at the King William, Shepton Mallet 7.00 pm. Minimum age 16, unless accompanied by an adult. (Please see Diary for more dates)
